The Therapeutic Retreats
A space to step back, and take the time to understand what is there.to yourself.

Haven Rest Retreat offers therapeutic retreats for individuals going through emotional difficulties, relationship issues, or periods of transition.
These retreats are not designed as holidays or short breaks. They are built on a simple observation: some situations cannot be properly addressed within a one-hour session. In certain moments, what is needed is time, continuity, and a different environment.
People come for different reasons. Some feel emotionally exhausted and no longer able to manage what they are carrying on a daily basis. Some are dealing with relationship difficulties or repeated patterns they do not fully understand. Others are going through a separation or a situation that has become unstable or unclear.

Three types of therapeutic retreats are offered:
– emotional healing
– relationship patterns
– breakup recovery
Each retreat focuses on a specific area, but all follow the same approach: providing a structured and contained setting over the course of a week, where the work can take place with more continuity.

The programme includes guided group sessions, optional individual support, and practical work adapted to the situation of each participant. There is also time built into the week for rest, reflection, and integration. The intention is not to push or accelerate anything, but to create the conditions for a clearer understanding of what is happening, and to support a more stable way of moving forward.

Participants are accompanied throughout the retreat by a therapist, a coach, and experienced practitioners.
The work is adapted to each person, and participation always remains at a level that feels manageable.
Each retreat is limited to six participants per session.

This allows for a contained and discreet environment, where confidentiality, privacy, and individual space are respected. The setting is selected to support this process — quiet, comfortable, and sufficiently removed from everyday life to allow participants to step back and focus.

A space to step back.
A space to understand.
A space to move forward, at your own pace.
