    We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, suitable shoes for nature walks, as well as any personal essentials. Sheets, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
  • Can I come alone?
    Most of our participants come alone, and our retreats foster a warm, welcoming community where lifelong friendships are often made.
  • What does the daily program look like?
    Our days typically begin with a morning meditation or stretch session, followed by group discussions and coaching. The afternoon is dedicated to personal reflection time, nature activities, and relaxation sessions. Each evening ends with a quiet moment to reflect and integrate the day.
  • How will I expect to leave when the retreat is over?
    The retreat can be life changing for most. By taking some time out for yoursel, the retreat will enable you to gain clarity and will leave you feeling stronger and better prepared for your future. Just being around others and sharing stories will help with your healing process.
  • Do you offer specific dietary options?
    Yes, we can adjust meals according to your dietary needs. Please let us know your preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) when booking, so we can ensure your requirements are met.
  • Do I need prior experience with yoga or meditation?
    No, you don't. All activities are tailored to suit all skill levels, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way
