The Emotional Reset Experience

 
 

Haven Rest Retreat is designed for those moments when stepping back becomes necessary. When emotional fatigue builds up, when the system becomes overwhelmed, or when everything starts to feel too much to manage on a daily basis. There may not always be a specific event. But there is a sense of tension, instability, or disconnection that needs to be addressed.

This retreat offers a structured space to slow down, regulate, and stabilise what has become overloaded. Each retreat unfolds over seven days, from Sunday to Saturday, in carefully selected private residences — chosen for their calm, discretion, and the environment they provide. This is not simply time away. It is a structured week with continuous support.

Arrival & Opening

The retreat begins with a soft arrival. You settle into the residence, meet the team, and enter a contained environment designed to help you disconnect from the outside. Each participant begins with an individual session with the therapist — a first moment to clarify your situation and establish a starting point.

A Clear Daily Structure

From Monday to Friday, each day follows the same structure. Mornings begin with body-based practices, including yoga and grounding exercises, to stabilise the system and support regulation. This is followed by breakfast.

​

Daytime Process

Throughout the day, the work continues. The coach guides the group through structured sessions focused on emotional regulation, understanding internal responses, and restoring balance. At the same time, the therapist is available for individual sessions, allowing each participant to have dedicated one-to-one time when needed. This creates a continuous process, where group work and individual support happen in parallel.

Continuous Personal Work

The retreat is based on continuity. You are not only attending isolated sessions — you are supported throughout the day. Nothing is imposed. You engage at your own pace, depending on what is manageable for you.

Evening Integration

Each evening, the group comes together for an integration session led by the therapist. These sessions focus on calming the system, reducing internal tension, and allowing the day’s work to settle, often through guided visualisation or relaxation. They are followed by dinner and informal exchanges in a calm and contained environment.

External Experience & Closing

During the week, a light external experience may be offered, allowing a reconnection with the outside environment in a more regulated state. The final day is dedicated to integration. A closing session allows the week to settle before departure.

Departure

Departure takes place on Saturday, following a week focused on stabilising the emotional state and restoring internal balance.

​

Positioning

This is not a place to escape stress or emotions.

It is a space to regulate them, understand them, and restore a more stable internal state.

​

Group Format

Each retreat is limited to six participants per session.

This ensures a contained and discreet environment, where confidentiality, privacy, and personal space are respected.​​​​
