The Personal Clarity Experience

 

Haven Rest Retreat is designed for those moments when stepping back becomes necessary. When life becomes unclear. After a separation, a loss, a period of illness, or emotional exhaustion. Or simply when you feel disconnected from yourself and need distance to regain perspective.

Each retreat unfolds over seven days, from Sunday to Saturday, in carefully selected private residences — chosen for their calm, their discretion, and the environment they create. This is not simply time away. It is a space to step back, realign, and reconnect with yourself with clarity.

Arrival & Opening

The retreat begins with a soft arrival. You settle into the residence, meet the team, and enter a calm and contained environment designed to help you disconnect from the outside and refocus on yourself. Each participant is welcomed with an individual session led by a therapist or a coach. A first moment to land, to be heard, and to begin with intention.

A Defined, Intentional Rhythm

From Monday to Friday, each day follows a clear and balanced rhythm — offering both guidance and space. Mornings begin with body-based practices, including yoga and grounding exercises, designed to stabilise the system and support focus. These are followed by breakfast and a daily group therapy session led by a psychotherapist. These sessions create a space for reflection, perspective, and emotional work, held within a contained and respectful setting.

Individual Process

The retreat remains centred on your personal experience. Nothing is imposed. You are free to engage at your own pace. Individual sessions with a psychotherapist and/or a coach are available throughout the week. Dedicated one-to-one time allows for deeper work when needed, in a private and supported setting.

Guidance & Support

You are accompanied throughout the retreat by a therapist, a coach, and a team of experienced practitioners. They hold the framework, ensure emotional safety, and remain present as the process unfolds. Additional sessions include:

  • Sophrology

  • Breathwork

  • Guided relaxation

  • Visualization

Each practice supports both emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

Integration & Space

Afternoons are intentionally left open.

This is not empty time.
It is integration time.

A space to rest, reflect, and allow what has emerged to settle naturally.

Evening Integration

Each evening includes a guided session led by the team, designed to bring calm, clarity, and internal stability.

These moments are followed by dinner and informal exchanges, in a quiet and relaxed environment.

​

External Experience & Closing

During the week, a light external experience is offered — a way to reconnect with the outside environment with more distance and awareness. The final day is dedicated to integration. A closing experience allows the week to settle, bringing coherence and perspective before departure.

Departure

Departure takes place on Saturday, following a week focused on clarity, personal realignment, and reconnection with oneself.

What is Included

  • You retreat experience includes:

  • Six nights in a carefully selected private residence, chosen for its comfort, privacy, and atmosphere

  • All meals, thoughtfully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients

  • Daily guided sessions led by a therapist and a coach

  • Access to individual one-to-one sessions, available upon request

  • Daily grounding and relaxation practices, including sophrology and mindfulness

  • Structured morning and evening sessions designed to support presence and regulation

  • Selected local experiences, depending on the destination

  • Group transfers at scheduled times to and from the retreat location

  • Full access to shared spaces within the residence, including relaxation and wellness areas

  • Reflection tools and materials to support your personal process

  • Dedicated personal time throughout the retreat for rest, integration, and space

  • Flights to and from the destination

  • Personal travel insurance (required)

  • Optional activities outside the retreat framework

  • Visa and travel documentation costs, where applicable

  • Personal transportation outside scheduled activities

  • Additional treatments or services not included in the retreat
