If everything feels too much to manage and your system no longer holds, this therapeutic retreat offers the structure and support to stabilise, regulate, and reset — without pressure.

The Experience

There are moments when everything feels too much to manage — even the smallest things. Not because of one event, but because everything has been building up over time. Tension. Fatigue. Mental overload. This retreat is designed for those moments. It is not a passive experience. It is a structured therapeutic process carried over a full week. Designed and led by a psychotherapist, the retreat offers a contained space to step back, slow down, and stabilise what has become overwhelming. Not by escaping it, but by learning how to regulate it.

Who

This retreat is designed for individuals who:

  • feel emotionally or mentally overwhelmed

  • experience constant tension or fatigue

  • feel disconnected from themselves

  • feel like they are constantly holding everything together

  • need to stabilise before moving forward

You don’t need to be in crisis.

You just need to feel that your system needs to reset.

A Different Kind of Retreat

This is not a wellness retreat.
It is a therapist-led experience.

A structured one-week process focused on personal work, emotional regulation, and internal stabilisation.

  • Small group (max 6 participants)

  • Continuous support throughout the day

  • No pressure, no forced exposure

You are supported — not overwhelmed.
You engage — at your own pace.

The Structure

Each day follows a clear and stabilising rhythm, designed to support continuous therapeutic work while allowing space for integration.

Morning

Body-based practices (yoga, grounding)
→ to regulate the nervous system and create internal stability

Late Morning
Group sessions guided by the coach
→ to explore patterns, understand internal responses, and gain perspective

Daytime
Individual sessions alongside group work
→ to support deeper, personalised therapeutic processing

Early Afternoon
Group sessions guided by the coach
→ to continue the work, address relational and emotional dynamics, and deepen insight

Personal Time
→ to rest, integrate, and allow the system to settle between sessions

Evening
Integration sessions
→ to slow down, process the day, and reduce internal tension

The week is structured as a continuous therapeutic process — not a series of isolated sessions, but a coherent progression where each day builds on the previous one, allowing for meaningful and lasting change.

What You Will Experience

  • Daily guided sessions focused on emotional regulation

  • Continuous therapeutic support throughout the week

  • Individual one-to-one sessions when needed

  • Practices supporting nervous system regulation

  • Moments of real pause, without pressure or expectation

  • Space where nothing is required from you

This is not about doing more.

It is about stabilising, understanding, and restoring balance.

Professional Guidance

You are accompanied by a psychotherapist, a certified coach, and experienced practitioners working together in a complementary way.

They provide structure, emotional safety, and continuous support.

The therapeutic framework ensures depth, consistency, and adaptation to what you need — moment by moment.

Present, attentive, and fully engaged, while always respecting your limits and your pace.

The Setting

This retreat takes place at Villa Marcialla — a private residence selected for its calm, privacy, and its ability to support a deep therapeutic process. Set in the Tuscan countryside, the environment offers a natural sense of space and stillness, away from external noise and daily demands.

The setting is intentionally quiet, contained, and without distraction. A place where the nervous system can slow down, where the pace naturally decreases, and where silence allows what is internal to settle and reorganise.

"The past months had been heavy. I had gone through a loss and felt myself slowly slipping into something I couldn’t really manage anymore. I was already seeing a therapist, which helped, but I felt I needed more time to really go deeper and focus on it properly. That’s why I came here. This week allowed me to face things more directly, and actually move forward. I feel more stable now — and ready to continue the work."
